A Kiss Interrupted

Comfort her. Tell her you understand. Offer to help.
Instead, Victor used his free arm to pull her into his arms and kissed those parted red lips. He sighed when her lips melted under his. Their entwined hands squeezed. He tugged her closer as pleasure exploded through his limbs, trunk, and hit his groin. She fit in his arms, felt right, tasted right. But something struck him. He wanted her, not Linette, as his bride.
His arm remained wrapped around her, and through their entwined hands a pulse beat as their hearts thundered in tandem. The kiss continued, now nibbles, now a battle of tongues, now tender passion. Wow! I like this excerpt. I hope Victor doesn’t marry Linette. It looks like Victor and Fern are with the wrong partners..
